Paired Bluetooth® device will not connect to the speaker

To resolve this issue, please try the following:

If your device requires a passcode, make sure the one you entered is correct

Make sure Bluetooth® is turned on or enabled on your device

Your Bluetooth® device may be out of range. Try moving it closer to the speaker

If possible, turn off all other nearby Bluetooth® devices or disable their functionality

Reset the speaker: press MUTE for ten seconds. Your Bluetooth® device is disconnected and the Bose® SoundLink® Mini speaker turns off. Press POWER to turn the speaker back on and reconnect

Clear the speaker from your Bluetooth® device list and then pair the speaker again

Clear the speaker memory and then pair the Bluetooth® device and the speaker again. To clear the speaker memory of all devices, press and hold the BLUETOOTH® button for about ten seconds until you hear a tone. All Bluetooth® devices are cleared from the speaker, and the Bose® SoundLink® Mini speaker becomes discoverable
