- Try plugging the system into a different wall outlet
- If the system is plugged into an extension cable, try plugging directly into a wall outlet. The extension cable could be faulty
- If possible, try another source using the Aux jack or try another iPod® or iPhone®. The issue may be specific to the iPod® or iPhone® model you’re using
- Reset your SoundDock® system. Turn the system off and unplug it from the power for 60 seconds. Once you have reconnected the system to the power, try to turn on your system
