Make sure the headphones power is switched on and the green mode indicator is on
Try another StayHear®+ tip size; Make sure the tip sits comfortably yet securely in the bowl of the ear
Ensure that headphones are properly charged
No audio from microphone
Make sure that you’re using an Apple device with headphones made for Apple or a Samsung/Android device with headphones made for Samsung/Android. The microphone will not work if you are using the wrong headphones with your device
Make sure that the device is not muted. Check the device to see if the mute functionality has been enabled
Check the mobile reception of the phone. A poor or weak connection to the mobile service could cause poor audio quality while on a call. Try the call again when the reception improves
Power cycle or reboot the device. The device may have malfunctioned and might need to be reset
